Overview
Our refund policy applies to all cleaning services (house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, office cleaning, commercial cleaning) and is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of service completion. If 30 days have passed since your service, we cannot offer a full or partial refund.
This policy covers direct bookings made through https://perceionm.com (excludes third-party bookings, gift cards, or promotional vouchers unless explicitly stated).
Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, your claim must meet one of the following criteria:
- The service failed to meet our Standard Cleaning Checklist (e.g., missed areas, incomplete cleaning) and you reported the issue within 24 hours of service completion.
- We canceled your service without providing a reasonable alternative time slot (≥48 hours’ notice for non-emergency cancellations).
- The service was delayed by more than 60 minutes without prior notification.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Changes to your mind after service completion (no evidence of unmet standards).
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service (see Cancellation Policy below).
- Services requested beyond the agreed-upon scope (e.g., additional rooms not booked in advance).
- Dissatisfaction due to pre-existing conditions (e.g., stubborn stains, mold, or clutter not disclosed at booking).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations with ≥24 hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling at your convenience.
- Cancellations with <24 hours notice: 50% of the service fee is non-refundable (to compensate our cleaning team for lost time and travel costs).
- No-shows: No refund will be issued if you fail to provide access to the service space or cancel without notice.
Refund Processing
- Submit your refund request via email to help@perceionm.com with your booking confirmation number, service date, and details of the issue (photos/videos may be required for verification).
- Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Return Address (For Physical Items)

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (non-refundable).
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages. Items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a credit.
