This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“You” or “Customer”) and Perceionm LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Perceionm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website at https://perceionm.com (the “Website”) or using our cleaning services (including house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, Airbnb vacation rental cleaning, office cleaning, and commercial cleaning; collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, as well as any updates we post to https://perceionm.com/terms from time to time.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement. For questions about these terms, contact us at help@perceionm.com.
PERCEIONM LLC IS A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICE PROVIDER. ALL CLEANING SERVICES REFERENCED IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE PERFORMED DIRECTLY BY PERCEIONM LLC’S TRAINED, INSURED, AND BONDED CLEANING PROFESSIONALS.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY: THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE THAT REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION (NOT A JURY TRIAL). YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDINGS.
Payment Terms
Fees for Perceionm’s Services are due immediately upon completion of your scheduled cleaning. All charges will appear on your billing statement as “perceionm.com – Cleaning Services” (as required by our checkout policies).
- Pricing: Current pricing is published on https://perceionm.com and confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for business purposes, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted rate.
- Promotional Offers: Discounted rates or enhanced services may be offered at our sole discretion; such offers apply only to the specific booking they are associated with (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made ≥24 hours before the scheduled service start time: Full refund or free rescheduling.
- Cancellations made <24 hours before the scheduled service start time: 50% of the service fee is non-refundable (to compensate our cleaning team for lost time).
- No-shows (failure to provide access or cancel): No refund will be issued.
- Lockouts (cleaning professionals unable to access the space): Full service fee may be charged, unless alternate access is arranged within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time.

Recurring Service Subscription Terms
If you select a recurring cleaning subscription (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) during booking:
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and your payment method will be charged the applicable service fee (plus taxes) unless you cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date.
- Cancellation: Subscriptions may be canceled via your online account (https://perceionm.com/account) or by emailing help@perceionm.com. Canceling before the end of a pre-committed term (if applicable) incurs an early termination fee: the difference between the discounted subscription rate for your most recent service and the standard one-time rate (plus taxes).
- Non-Refundable Fees: Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle once charged.
Theft and Damage Policy
If you suspect theft or damage to your property related to our Services:
- Notify us at help@perceionm.com within 24 hours of service completion (include your booking number, detailed description, and photo/video evidence).
- We may request additional documentation (e.g., receipts, police reports for theft claims) to review your claim.
Eligibility for Compensation
Your claim is eligible only if:
- The service was booked and paid for via https://perceionm.com;
- You did not violate this Agreement;
- You secured valuables (cash, jewelry, etc.) before the service;
- You reported the claim within 24 hours.
Exclusions
We do not compensate for:
- Cash, gift cards, securities, fine art, antiques, jewelry, or collectibles;
- Sentimental/undocumented intangible value;
- Pets, personal liability, or common area damage;
- Pre-existing damage, ordinary wear and tear, or minor cosmetic scratches;
- Business interruption, lost income, or loss of use;
- Unsecured items or claims without supporting documentation.
Compensation
Approved claims will be compensated for the fair market value of the item(s), up to 3x the cost of the cleaning service (whichever is lower). Compensation is issued via refund or service credit (your choice). Most claims are resolved within 7–10 business days.
Representations and Warranties
By using our Website or Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts;
- Your contact information (address, phone, email) is accurate and up-to-date;
- You will provide safe, unobstructed access to the service space (including water/electricity) at the scheduled time;
- You will secure valuables, hazardous materials, and pets (or notify us of pets present) before the service;
- You will comply with all applicable federal/state/local laws.
Perceionm represents and warrants that:
- Our cleaning professionals are trained, insured, and bonded;
- We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products (unless you request to use your own supplies);
- Services will be performed in accordance with our Standard Cleaning Checklist or your agreed-upon custom scope.
Perceionm Communications
- We send booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups to your provided email/phone number.
- By sharing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) and/or automated calls from us (for service updates or promotional offers, if opted in). Standard carrier charges may apply.
- Opt out of promotional communications by replying “STOP” to a text or emailing help@perceionm.com (opt-out may delay service alerts).
- Communications related to your service may be monitored/recorded for quality assurance, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
License Grant & Restrictions
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Website solely to book/manage your Services. You agree not to:
- Sell, transfer, or distribute access to the Website;
- Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Website;
- Use bots, scripts, or tools to scrape/disrupt the Website;
- Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Intellectual Property Ownership
Perceionm owns all intellectual property rights to the Website (trademarks, copyrights, logos, content, checklists). Any feedback/suggestions you provide become our exclusive property (no compensation owed). You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
Third Party Interactions
We use third-party providers (payment processors, scheduling tools) to support operations; these parties are bound by confidentiality agreements to protect your data (see our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for third-party websites linked to the Website; interactions with third parties are solely between you and that party.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Perceionm (and our officers, employees, cleaners) harmless from all claims, damages, costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your violation of this Agreement or applicable law;
- Your failure to secure the service space/valuables;
- Misrepresentation of information (e.g., false address);
- Injury/damage to our team/equipment caused by your actions.
Arizona Residents: This provision is as broad as permitted by Arizona law; invalid portions will not affect remaining terms.
Termination
We may suspend/terminate your access to the Website/Services (with or without notice) if you:
- Violate this Agreement;
- Engage in abusive/threatening behavior;
- Fail to pay fees;
- Create safety risks for our team.
You may terminate this Agreement by canceling bookings and ceasing Website use. We are not liable for suspension/termination consistent with this Agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide the Website/Services “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express/implied), including:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose;
- Warranties that Services will eliminate all stains/odors (especially pre-existing issues);
- Warranties that the Website will be uninterrupted/error-free.
Your use of the Website/Services is at your sole risk.

Network Delays
The Website/booking tools may be subject to internet/technical delays. We are not responsible for damages/disruptions caused by such issues.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost income, sentimental loss), even if we were advised of such risks.

Notice
We may notify you via Website announcement, email (received 12 hours after sending), or mail (received 48 hours after mailing). You may notify us via email (help@perceionm.com) or mail (Perceionm LLC, Attn: Legal Department, 462 S Gilbert Rd, Mesa, AZ 85204).
Controlling Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by Arizona law (no conflict-of-law principles). You and we agree to exclusive personal jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona (state or federal courts) for disputes not resolved via arbitration.
Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration
Informal Negotiations
Resolve disputes first via 30 days of informal negotiations (initiated by written notice to help@perceionm.com or your account email).
Binding Arbitration
If negotiations fail, disputes (except exclusions below) are resolved by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under AAA rules (Commercial Arbitration Rules; Consumer Supplementary Procedures for consumer claims).
- You and we waive the right to a jury trial and class/representative actions.
- For claims ≤$10,000: We pay all AAA fees (unless your claim is frivolous).
- The arbitrator issues a written decision, enforceable in court.
Exceptions
You may bring small claims court actions (for eligible claims) or seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property.
Waiver of Class Actions
Disputes are resolved individually; no class actions are permitted. If this provision is unenforceable, the entire arbitration section is null and void.
Confidentiality
Arbitration proceedings/awards are confidential (unless required by law).
Assignment
You may not assign this Agreement without our written consent. We may assign this Agreement to a parent company, subsidiary, or acquirer.
General
This Agreement is the entire contract between you and us, superseding all prior agreements. Invalid provisions will not affect remaining terms. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive that provision. No joint venture/partnership is created by this Agreement.
Other Parties
You agree not to bring personal claims against our officers/directors/employees for losses related to our Services. Limitations of liability/warranties apply to these individuals.
